how does it come off? the 8 bolts on top have been removed, but it wont come off. it wont even move.

 

Did you remove the fuel rails and some other bits..?

 

what year? The S4+ has 5 bolts on each side so 10 total....

 

Looks like you got pwned by not using the search. Its hard for us to even help you unpwn yourself when we do not even know what year and classification your car is.

 

16 bolts on the 16v... unless you're referring to the clamps, in which case you have barely scratched the surface. Without more specific info, nobody can help you and the bad jokes will keep coming...

 

It might be easier to leave the intake in place and remove the car from it. Start with the wheels......

actually i was making lunch and a buddy of mine got on after i was already logged in and clicked 928 by accident.

 

Easy solution... jack up the radiator cap and drive a 928 underneath!
