Friday afternoon...Mark is in Germany he got to meet and spend some time with Dr. Wendelin Wiedeking the CEO of Porsche . Tom goes home at 3:40 and I am here with 6 incoming phone lines......So yes it can get a bit busy. Malcolm I am glad I got to speak with you about the engine sale details. Thanks to all who have purchased parts we are shipping as fast as possible. Mark is back from Germany and but for our main used parts guy being on holiday this week we are fully staffed. There were several orders placed over the weekend in our store and those are being processed too. Sorry if anyone had trouble phoning give us a call if you need anything.

Can you imagine the rub if Mark gets to race one of those tail engined cars with BIG 928 International stickers and decals all over it.

Actually I was invited to the Porsche Motorsports party because I am the Yokohama cup champion driving a GT3 cup car. On top of meeting Roger Penske I also met Wendelin Wiedeking the CEO and President of Porsche. I also got a private tour of the new Porsche museum which is not open yet. There were 3 928's inside. I will post the details of my trip in a bit. It was an amazing experience.

The museum was amazing but I could not take any pictures
It is opening in January and they do not want anything leaked to the press yet.

iirc, porsche used to have a program where you could pick up your car at the factory, get a tour, go play on a test track w/a factory driver, then spend time tooling around europe before it gets shipped to the US.

always thought that'd be a dream vacation... on the other hand, a weekend w/jessica biel would be ok too... or touring europe w/JB
