A quick dig through Bosch's aussie website shows that:

The volvo's with LH 2.x used 0 280 140 516 - slightly diff. Bosch number.

0 280 140 515 that the S4-onwards 928s use is also used by:

Bentley Turbo R (92-93)
Rolls Royce Silver Spirit (90-93) and Silver Spur (90-93)

Probably doesn't help much on the cheap pricing side tho'

The 1990 Volvo 480E/ES came with two engines, the B18FP and B18FT. The non-turbo B18FP was driven by a Fenix 3B injection and ignition system. The turbo B18FT used Bosch LH 2.2 and Bosch EZ 210K. All Volvos had either LH 2.2, LH 2.4(.x), LH 3.2, K-jetronic, LE-jetronic, motronic, or some other brand of fuel injection computer in the 80's/90's.

Rolls-Royce part number UE71604. Hmm, I was unable to even find a price for that It's interesting that although these cars use the same ISV as the later 928's, they do not use LH 2.3 but in fact Motronic M 1.3.

Set me straight....on my 87 s4 I need bosch part # 0280140515....not 0280140509....is that correct...but the Autozone one for 139.99 is correct?

Sure looks right. If it's correct, you have to wonder who's ripping off Roger, 928 Intl and the other 928 vendors.

The other recent bad surprise was $250 for a Hall sender.
