Thanks auzvision! I am going to be dropping it myself so I would just take the trans into them. I am really considering doing this myself. It would be a cool learning experience assuming everything goes okay! By the way I am about half way through the TB/WP, P/S, and Distributor cap and rotor replacement. After this is done, I am going to be tearing the rear end apart and dropping the tranny. I might need your help with this one Kurt.

Sounds like you are moving right along. It will be a few weeks before I eve think about working on mine. I sent you a PM regarding helping out. I'd really like to assist on one of these prior to doing it myself.
I was hoping to fab the 'special tool' they mention in the manual for lowering the transmission. Basically a couple pieces of wood attached to a floor jack.

FWIW, HF's transmission jack will work for moving the tranny up and down. Not a well-made piece, but the price (~$85) is right:
