I have 18" Carerra III's on my '87 S4.
18"x8" ET57 front and 18"x10" ET58 rear, and no spacers of any kind will be needed.
Tires: 225/40ZR18 front and 285/30ZR18 rear
Some go with 235/40ZR18 front and 295/30ZR18 rear (but that will be tight on the rear).

Those CIII wheels ROCK! I like them more and more every time I see the on a 928!!! One of these days! Anyone want to trade for my tired FM10's??? Kuhmo Ecsta MX tires in GREAT condition w/ 75%+ tread left!!! One pretty big ding in my left rear rim, but other than that a touch of curb rash but overall a really nice 8' set of wheels... Bit wide on the front (offsets were for a '88 930) so you would not want to run lower that factory front ride heights!
Another ????
I would like to have a set of the "gold" 7" flat dishes refinished (maybe 2 sets), any ideas on where I can get that done?
Wheel Enhancement says no, they can't do it... Other ideas? I'd rather not get them polished (that would of course be easy as I think it could be done right here in Austin), but instead keep them stock looking.

Tom M. has a set of the platinum 7's that he got from Ken Osage to run as street rags on his race car. I think they're in pretty good shape too, maybe drop him a line for a trade. He's also going to have a set of 928 (read 8" fronts) CS rims available soon too.

I have PLENTY of sets of the wheels... I need a place that can refinish what I have... I don't need to be buying anymore. Have the original set on Blue 82 (nearly perfect), another set that is EXCEPTIONAL, an average set on my '84, and a below average set with good tires that I would like to have refinished...
