Note: if the cruise control stalk is broken off, replacement is specific to 1989 and that year only. So I have been told.

Notice how one rear caliper is painted silver and the other is not. Clearly indicates the wheels were painted on the car and the wheel spokes partially covered up that unpainted rear caliper.

The seats do look good in the pictures, but I bet they were redyed and will be hard as hell. The dye job was probably half assed like the wheel paint job, and will be peeling off on your pants.

Dude, don't buy that car. It is a $4000 car, and they probably have less than that in it.

Jim,

The fronts are 7.5's off a 944. The spokes are convex from hub to rim. The spokes on the 8's curl outward to meet the rims (like the 9's on the back of the car.)

Still, a great set of wheels (once they are refinished properly : ) ).

It's not upside down. Look at the pictures and notice the front wheels are not pointed straight ahead.

Its really not clear - in some pictures the wheels are slightly left and in some slightly right. I don't think any of them show as much as a 180 degree wheel position though... so just seems odd to photograph the interior that way...

Easy Randy damn!!

The rims are on right, the wider rims are on the back. It's just the wrong size tires appear to be on the rims. The tires in the back are definitely too small.

The tires on the front appear to be too big as well.

Just keep on walking away from the is one. It has 'You're Screwed' written all over it.

BTW, the $400 'paperwork and detailing fee' is just a chicken **** way of recovering eBay and Paypal fees.

Hopefully the second place bidder is smart enough to bounce up outta there too.

Where are you located? I know of a nice 90 model for sale here local for $9000.00. Real miles and real paper work.
