Default 1:18 is out!

forgive me if this has already been discussed, I did a search and didn't see anything on it. Autoart has released the 928 in 1:18 white and blue are listed on ebay $100.

Yes, but last time I talked to them (about 2 weeks abo), they still had not received any. They estimated September or October.

I'll follow-up again!

Yes, but they don't have them in stock... I can put them on my site as well, but I could not ship for another few weeks until they actually become available.

Do you think they'll offer an "S" model later down the road?

There has been talk of Autoart S, S4/GT and GTS models later on. GTS would be especially great since AFAIK there isn't single one GTS model made ever. Some Japanise GTS owner did modify Fujimi 1:24 GT himself but there isn't anything factory made available. There isn't GTS even at Porsche factory museum where they have large collection of small models on display to show all different car types factory has done over the years.

Do a search in the 928 forum for 'autoart' and you'll find any number of references to the 'imminent' release going back to 2004.

At this point I'll believe it when I actually see one.

I ordered mine up a couple weeks ago. Back ordered until October. I haven't been updated otherwise, yet.

Hi

The point here is that we all think what they are telling you about "in stock" wont arrive...

We call it "vapourware" over here in the UK....

I am with the person who said Autoart have been "promising" these models since 2004.....I will believe it when I see it.....or when yours actually arrive....

All the best Brett

I found out today that they received the first batch, and are in the process of shipping them to the resellers. I hope to have some by the end of next week.
