I know a few are being sarcastic but everyone has to admit that there are a few weird things about this car that make you think the mileage is not correct. Why would the rear hatch seal be completely cracked? Why are parts missing from the engine bay? Why are the seats cracked and worn?
As a few others have said, someone who knows 928's needs to go look at this if anyone here is serious about buying it.

It can be hard to separate exposure from mileage. The driver seat does look worn as opposed to exposed, considering the passenger seat is a LOT better. The lack of dash cracks argues against exposure and the rear panel warping doesn't look that bad. High ozone in some urban areas can damage rubber. You could look at the classic usage wear indicators (pedal rubber, steering wheel, inside of glovebox) for some other clues.

Okay 16th picture or fourth row and fourth column, look in front of the shock tower, between the wire harness and the fender where the two make a very sharp "V" or ">" ... it looks gray to me. This could be the lighting and/or flash.
Does anyone else see this?
Also Roger, please post some photos of your 82's hood latch, I would like to see it from a known source.
Thanks!
Andre
