I wasn't having too much trouble with it until I got to the dual rear wing! Whoah! IMHO, one of them needs to go.

What fog/high beams are those in the bumper?
Euro? Cause the standard 928 lights have the inners as fogs.
Not the clear high beam looking inner lens.

Like the car. Not sure about rain ingestion of the NACA hood ducts.
And if it was me, I'd dial down (flatten) the upper rear wing angle a bit.

Tubbs called. Said Kev 'Crockett' Michaels needs to go pick him up at the club.

It looks like a modified Strosek kit. At a first glance, the front fenders look wider than how I remember the Stroseks, but I'll have to compare to my Strosek literature when I get home.

I have never seen headlights like this, though. The openings of Strosek types were wider and more rounded.

I'm really surprised someone made a fiberglass rear bumper piece with Porsche lettering - it seems so much work and cost would be involved that an original cover would be more feasible. Pretty amazing, I would say!

how on earth did you get it to pass PA state inspection with those head lights? I had a wanna-be 911 slant with moded headlamps and no one in PA would pass it. Nice car, but Im just no into body mods on the 928..

If I were you, I'd remove the upper one and take some pictures for comparison. Then you can decide whether it looks better with or without.

Removing the lower ones would be a lot more involved... not exactly easy for a trial and error type of an approach.

Wow Kevin . Very cool time piece! I agree with Bill on the dual spoilers - the stock black one doesn't belong there. Great catch tho

PS - I take it you no longer want that old Euro barn find? See other thread for pics of it.

The dual rear spilers kill it for me. I say pull the "S" lower one and yes I know it's more work but the S4 looks more modern.

I will pull the S spoiler. Any one have the trim pieces I would need? I already promised the set I have to a fellow lister.

Congrats Kevin,

This is the car that was in Ft. Myers. I spoke with the broker who was representing the car. They seemed to be too enthusiastic about the car to come off their inflated price. I'm glad the car found a good home.

This thread just reminded me that you had PM'ed me about widebody parts. Did I ever get back to you? I guess you were serious.
