Love too! (honest) my thumbs are just starting to get feeling back in them. Its a job that once you start you have to finish though as the old strips tend to drop to bits and leave bits of themselves behind.... I could pull one of my own and show you the process. I should be at TIPEC fairly early to miss any traffic.

I was trying to replace one of those window scrapers myself over the weekend (original ones all cracked and very not waterproof!), spent ages at it. My next plan was to try getting the top bit in first and then working it on at the bottom, so thanks for the confirmation that should work!

It's under a car cover at the moment so safe enough, once it stops raining for an hour or two I'll give it another go during the week.

Have door mirror gaskets to go on too, arrived in the post yesterday.

I can't remember if you have to disconnect the mirror motor wires to replace the gaskets. If you do make sure you use the correct tool to remove wires from the connector.
