Default new to forum

Hi I am new to the forum. I am going to pickup a new to me 1984 928 this coming weekend. The person I am buying it from has been using it as a daily driver for that last few months. I has just over 100,000 on the working odo. Car is in fair to decent shape. I am told that it is in fact a inported german model, I am not too concerned if is not. I am fairly sure from my research that it is. It has two distributors and the rear single fog lamp. It had plenty of power and shifted nicely, it is a 5 spd. I can definately fix it up as I go seeing it is in running and a reliable driving condition. I will definately be posting som pics when I have it in my garage.

Welcome. Where are you located? Sounds like a Euro model, no others had the twin distributors on driver's side.

Hey man, welcome to the sharkdom! There is a good crew of local 928'ers around Boston and NEw England, you'll have to check out some events. '84 Euro 5-speed is a nice car too, good job scoring that one!

Sweet another 5spd in the area!

Seriously, I think there are more 5spds in this area than Autos.

Welcome to the club and l look forward to meeting you at upcoming events.
