Clocked at 150mph: what would likely happen?

OK. I'm going to tell my speeding story which involved a motorcycle, but the speed and consequences thereof is very relevant.
About 10 years ago I bought a new to me GSXR 600. I had it a few weeks and was driving it to work every night (I was 3rd shift supervisor at a manufacturing plant). I was on Hwy 84 outside of Waco, TX on my way to work. I was not speeding by much, maybe 5 over or so when I went to pass a van. I moved into the left lane, and the van kept speeding up and matching my speed by a few mph at a time. I was tired of being in their blind spot, so I kicked it up to 80 and got around them. Right about then, I saw a Cop going about 45mph or so on the other side of the highway (2 lanes each way). I never even looked back to see if they even turned around. I freaked out and double downshifted and nailed it. I was quickly up to maximum velocity which was about 154 mph on this particular bike. I quickly ran up on two cars, one in each lane, one passing the other. I could have blown around them, but I hit the binders and brought the bike back down to a normal speed. I quickly took a quick peek back (now that the wind was not going to rip me off the bike), and did not see any flashing red and blue's. I waited patiently while the other car got over, and then took off again just to make sure that he had given up. Well, he hadn't, and I later learned that he never turned on his lights, until later....
So, the distance covered from intial chase to when I pulled into work which was right off the highway was about 4 to 5 miles. I was far enough ahead even after the slow down that I had parked, took off my helmet, gloves, and was walking across the parking lot on my way inside when I heard him screeeeeching around the turn off on the highway. Now the light and siren light up. I just wanted to drop a ninja ball at that point and dissapear. But, instead I just froze as he ripped into the parking lot and cut me off from the building. He jumped out of the car, adrenaline pumping an told me to get on the ground.
That's when I knew that I was in more than a ticket kind of trouble. I ended up shutting my mouth and not saying much. They took me to jail and I spent the night there. What was really fun is having my sleep turned around for third shift, and not being able to sleep. They could have impounded my bike too, but he let one of my co-workers take "control" of the bike since it was already in the parking lot. Which basically meant they handed him the keys. I ended up getting probation for six months, and paying about $1100 dollars in court costs/fines/probation fees. The original charge was evading arrest, but my attorney had that dropped to reckless endangerment/driving or something like that.

Most people have a completely different perception of speed, as they drive around in vehicles like, say, a Toyota Land Cruiser, or a Honda CR-V. Or, any US-made SUV.
In such a car, it seems unlikely that speeds in excess of 100 mph can be safe.
And, quite true, in such a car, it is not.
On the German autobahn it is still possible to drive a car like it was designed to.
The safety records for this road with no actual speed limit is far better than the normal norwegian roads, and also better than the motorways in the US.
On the autobahn it is possible to drive the 928 for prolonged periods of time, at 150 mph (240 km/h, that is actually very fast..).
Provided the traffic permits, and you refill oil at each gas stop, you can drive like this, and get somewhere rather fast.
However, most people drive slower, because it soon gets tiring to stop for gas every two hours, refill all this oil, and, above all, being constantly 110% alert while driving.
So, you slow down to 180 - 220 km/h (111.8-136.7mph), and enjoy a pleasant, safe ride through the home country of the shark.
But still; no eating or drinking while driving, no mobile phone, just full concentration on driving.
Of course, when an 250-governed Audi or BMW shows up, you nail it just for fun.
When driving a fast, safe (in terms of handling) and stable car, like the 928, you can easily get into high speeds, like doubling the speed limit, when passing other cars.
I believe this is acceptable, and does not cause danger, because this is something you do for a very short period of time, when you have a complete view of the road ahead, and it will shorten the time taken to do the takeover.
That does not necessarily mean it is safe to continue to drive faster than the speed limit.
After passing the SUV or whatever blocks the path, one slow slows down, to continue a pleasant ride through the twisties, as you call them "over there".

There's no way around it. What I did was pretty stupid. The police have much much less tolerance for guys on motorcycles, sport bikes in particular. And the main reason I took off was not because of the 80mph, it was because my inspection was out, and I didn't have the bike insured yet. I just blame it on me being 20 something.
On the way to the county jail, the police officer was calmed down, and started to try and get me to talk, which I was having none of. He asked me how fast I was going. I didn't say a word. He said, "well, you were going faster than 132, cause that's what my cruiser's top speed is, and you were steadily pulling away". That was a huge help later on, not admitting to anything. My charge was still a Class A misdemeanor though. I have had a sparkling driving record since then with zero moving violations....knock on wood.

A couple of months ago the big news for bikers in Sweden was that police told the public that they will no longer chase bikers trying to get away unless it is combined with another crime than just traffic related.
After the Ghostrider movies which started here in Stockholm and has been trendy to copy for a few years I understand that the police choose to not create more danger.
A friend of mine has told me how to outrun the cops on Swedish roads. According to his experience it's fairly simple and little risk involved.

Hello everyone.
I posted this aile back but it seems relevent to re-post this here.....
While driving home in the 928 one night on I78 near Lehigh Street in Allentown, PA my car started handling funny. I cnaged lanes to see if it was a road condition. it wasn't. I pulled onto the shoulder of the road and a PA state trooper put his lights on and immediately pulled in behind me. The trooper aproached my window and announced that I had a flat passenger side rear tire. HE THEN WROTE ME A TICKET FOR CHANGING LANES WITHOUT USING MY SIGNALS! ! ! When did their slogan go from being "To Protect and to Serve" to "To Hassle and Generate Revenue" ?
All the Best,
Allen Howells
Allentown, PA, USA, Planet Earth, Milky Way Galaxy (-at least until i can put some wings on the 928... )

Sorry in my opinion, you should have signalled. Why did you not signal?
