Rims Opinion...
I'm seeking to replace my old scratched phone dial rims...
I found this : http://www.victoriatire.com/wheel_INCUBUS_LORE
They look really different from most rims you find today. And I love the minimalist look they have. On top, the bolts are hidden.
But what are your opinions? Will it be horrible on a 928? Is the 20x7.5 inch too wide and not enough large?
(Also, I fear I don't understand Andrew's excel sheet so much)
I tryed a quick photoshop to give an idea...

Well I don't think they would look very good on the 928 but that's just me.
There are many really good wheel options out there that look good on a 928, have you considered any other options?

Not for me.....looks like they copied the emblem off Kirk and Spocks uniform and made a wheel out of it. But, if everytime you look at them on your 928 it makes you like the car even more...Go For it!!

That wheel design came out in the early 90's....not a good look anymore. Most cars I have seen with them on look cheap. I see where you are going with your idea but you should keep looking.

I see...
So maybe you got something to propose?
1) Minimalist
2) Don't take too much space and has the less visual noise possible
3) No bolt on the side!
4) If possible, also hide the center bolts
I'm browsing eBay for rims, and the ammount of horrible design is stunning.
A wheels shouldn't grab your sight away from the car, but the line should flow with it, like if it was a whole.

The original wheels used through the 80's is minimalist although it does have the bolt holes. Maybe you could buy silver lugh nuts to reduce their appearance.
