Awwwww crap! Just got rear ended!
Driving to meet a friend for lunch and the light turned yellow. I decieded to stop, the guy behind me didn't!
Looks liekthe damage is isolated to the rear bumper/cover and taillight. Rear fender and hatch appear to be okay.
I'm just really really bummed!
All I had was my phone's camera, and this is the best quality photo I could get.

Oh dude. Sorry to hear this. Hopefully it will just pop out and you can repaint.
I avoid crap like this daily when I take my GTS out...I almost hate to drive it.

" That'll buff right out".
I guess it's time for a GTS rear cover. You'll be fine. It's easy to match your color. You won't be able to tell the difference once it's finished.
How's your neck?

Looks like it didn't damage the lenses for the taillights. That does suck, but if you're going to get hit, that looks like a good spot.

Awwwww, that sucks. Maybe you got out of the habit of checking six because with the SC, there's usually nobody there? Hopefully it won't take much to put 'er right.

S4 brakes > F-150 brakes.
I'm sorry you had to learn this the hard way. I drive an F-150 so I learned this the easy way. If it makes you feel any better, I backed my own F-150 into one of my 928's and dicked up the tail light lense.

We only have one or two of the S-4 rear covers , would need painting. We get $650 for a good one , they have not made new ones for YEARS ! The other guy's insurance company is not going to be very amused by this claim !! If you put the GTS cover on everyone will say " It must have been wrecked , wonder how badly "

We'll see what happens insurance-wise (I have Hagerty), but I sure would appreciate it if you could put my name on your best one... just in case.
