I will look for the bracket if you need it?

yea that will definitely help, thanks! Does anyone have a picture of the mounting bracket or is fairly self explanatory once I look at it?

It's self expmenatory. Use the bolt locations that were mentioned above and the rest is pretty straight forward. It's a bit of a PITA to install.

OK...I could be way off base here as I am a relative noob...but what the OP looks like he's talking about is the fuel pressure damper - PN#928.110.202.00. The OP diagram is different than the one I was able to find but the part location and looks are dead on.

IIRC, the bracket is welded to the pipe leading to the cats (the bracket also holds the air injection one way valve). I would recommend not bolting it to the cam cover, because it's a pain to remove, and promotes oil leaks.

I think the original diagram and ringed markings were just wrong... and the discussion moved on... to the real item

The one in the front is a regulator/damper, the pair in the back allow the return flow back to the tank.

I am in the middle of this mess now with my car that does not start

Andre that is only true for 80-84 the later cars have only one pressure regulator (right side rear) but two diaphragm dampers.
