The rotor was 180 degrees out of sync. the cylinders were firing on the stroke between intake and exhaust. Also, the mixture on the CIS was much too lean, which I think I did on a previous visit. The control pressures might be out of spec, but without a set of gauges we couldn't test. It seemed to run nicely once we got it going.

That's funny to hear it was something all too simple. Glad it's going. I thought Brad had already tried the 180 degree deal on the dizzy.

Your kidding right?

He only touched the cars to push them around the estate since you moved.

We did have to hire JoAnn to work on her own car today. Best damn looking mechanic I've seen working on a Porsche, (No offense Doc). We got one of the spark plugs wedged down in the hole and couldn't get our FAT HANDS in there. So Jo Dub comes in and saves the day. I thought we were going to have to flip the car sideways to get it out.
