Default Is this the factory amp?

I can take a pic but I've had enough for one day. It's the small rectangular box under the cover/ box by the passenger seat. Part # 928.618.418.00. I think it's the amp but I'm not sure.

I searched but no luck.

Nope that 928 618 418 00 is your engine cooling brain ...runs the fans and the flaps.

Inside the car is a far better place for brain boxes than outside and under the hood is a kiss of death.

The amp is about 4x the size of the fan controller, is black and has some cooling fins and a DIN connector

Here's the factory Blaupunkt amp on a '10 channel' system, and a shot of the connection schematic:

As usual you gentlemen exceed and expand every silly question I ask to such detail it keeps my yap shut for months. Thanks Fellas!

I have no amp under the passenger seat and I do have an after market head unit, Sony, so the PO has made changes. The wiring changes are a nightmare. I wish I could meet and great the author of this crap. Conversation would be brief!
