I don't think PSD parts are available any longer. I bought what was supposed to be a complete PSD pump assembly from an eBay seller. I ordered from Porsche, PSD hardware to make it whole. That was 6 months ago, still no parts.

On the bellows removal and reinstall, the clutch slave parts kit .... I addressed this issue last summer....

https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...ight=psd+slave

Replacing the bellows is a good idea to prevent oil contamination of the new slave. That might be why the old slave seal broke.

On your system cleanup efforts.... Don't use solvents that leave a residue, could cause contamination and excessive swelling/damage of the seals.

Roger has been PM'ed. I'll post his response.

Borland - Thanks for the info on the bellows.

Did my own search and found nothing conclusive regarding parts for the differential slave cylinder.
I am sure I can get the cylinder and bellows but I will have to wait until tomorrow to disuss it with my contacts at Porsche.
A similar slave cylinder was used on the 89 911C2 - different suffix 928 332 775 12.

I'll check that part number out.

as for o-rings, those should be easy to find in some type of hydraulics supply right? Any idea the o-rings Roger?
