I sent out a message to Norcal928 members last Saturday. We will be meeting at the Starbucks at 1500 (not 5900 as said previously) N. Vasco near Livermore and taking Vasco to Angelo's Shop with a few turns along the way. If anyone coming from the West wants to join us a little earlier, Jim Morton, Dennis Kao and I will be starting at my house at 9 am and heading out Tassajara to Highland, Manning, etc. to meet up with everyone else at the Starbucks on N. Vasco at 10 am.

Beautiful car. May be the only body mod car that I've liked.

Yes, the shop is in Oakley, easy to find and a large lot.
I lived in Oakley before moving to Oklahoma. I grew up in Brentwood. Where's the shop at in Oakley? The address doesn't ring a bell.

Can you confirm this address? I can only find a Starbucks at 1500 N Vasco Rd, Livermore, CA

Ooops. I goofed bigtime. Need to correct that. It's 1500. Thanks for checking, Nicole!

Wow - that was fun today! Angelo's shop is very nice and clean, in a quiet cul-de-sac. We were treated with Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, Fruit, and Drinks, and got to see Phat928 again for the first time in years!

Phat will have to have some plastic surgery on its body, but I'm sure Angelo will do this job right and prep the car for a successful ORR career.

Aside from Phat928, there was one customer car the shop, so I guess I can consider myself the second customer...

Congratulations again, Angelo!!!

Again, congratulations Angelo! It was nice seeing everyone again and thank you for the nice BBQ.

It is also nice to know exactly where your shop is and that it is within our 100 mile towing ratios.

Sara and Gerry

p.s. On your way home, did anyone see a Silver BBS Center Cap on Highway 4?

Phat and Phurious comes through with a great BBQ and open house. I'm amazed at the amount of room, inside and out. Very nice GTG and short fun run.

Sara, I was sure you would spot that center cap on the way home. I guess Gerry was probably talking and put you to sleep.

Dennis, your car sounds awesome. I still want a ride when we're somewhere you can open it up a little.

Thanx Angelo.

Sorry to have missed it. Had family stuff and had to re-center the steering rack after the bottom end tear down. Congrats again on the new shop!

Sorry I wasn't able to make it, sick kid and tired wife. I look forward to seeing some of the work as I'm gonna need paint!

Best of luck with the endeavor!
