Since its '84 MY and fairly early VIN it could still have '80-83 pistons if also engine falls into early category. For automatic engine first one to get 10.4:1 CR pistons was M28/22 82E 6114 meaning most of '84 MY still had 10.0:1 CR. Automatic engine numbers started from 5000. This could be one explanation why later LH-Jet S ROW cars have so strong numbers in dyno. Maybe change to LH-jet and different cams already gave 310 hp at beginning of '84 MY and CR change later on resulted some more hp but official number was kept at same 310 hp.

Other than that there isn't anything specific really.

Hi Steve, well im not in a big hurry to let go of OLE Yeller, this Euro is not a hopless case ,, IE nothing that a good collection of Benjamins wouldnt be able to fix. The rear end is burned pretty bad the rear cover is toast (litterally) the right rear light is gone but the rest of the car looks like it can be saved. PO was attempting to get the car running, as it had beenin his garage for 4 years with no fuel in it.
Apparently he got a new battery and connected things put in 4 galls of fresh fuel and with the key on was watching the blue fuel pump start blistering he then disconneced one of the fuel lines and either tried to HOT wire the pump or just left the key on , anyway the rear gat sprayed with fuel and it went up like a roman candle just from the fuel that got sprayed I think the owrst damage besides the rear PU and R/S tailight is that the paint got blistered next to the R/S side marker, Its all there and it has a (twin Dizzy) .
The Po calls me at 10 am and says do you have a trailer i said no. He says you can come over and pick it up its free I said OK I will be over to look at it and He says NO you come overand take it away its free. This wasnt computing.. So I asked him what happened and he said that he almost burned down his house/ garage and the car is free all i have to do is come over and take it away.
Hour and half later i had this white Euro following me home. Now its on the parts hunt.
I will looking for a rear Euro bumper cover I guess a USA version will work after cutting out the red light I need an Alpine White cover and a right side tailight/lenses assembly and the fuel pumps. So it was an interesting sunday to say the least.
Oh forgot to add the Po went to the hospital to get the burns on his hands addressed, his garage was filled with the dry chem extinguisher, and the entryway was smoke damaged, lucky he had a fire ext. in his boat sitting beside the garage. So anyway keep a fire extinguisher nearby when working on fuel, it really can happen and its a quick burn situation

This will definitly be a daily driver, i will go through it and get up to speed, its not the prettiest as far as paint goes but what do you want for nothing

So Dave ifin your not using your rear PU I would take it off your hands as well as the right side tail light bumper shocks the right side bumperette and the right side of the S spoiler all of these parts are fire damaged. Thanks I will put them to good use, Stan
