Can only echo what has already been said by others; not crazy about the original Pascha, as it's a bit too much over the top for me, but the sublety of your design is just gorgeous, and the fact that it's made in leather is just amazing

Thank you all so very much for your kind comments.

This as been a long process and deceptively hard to get just right.
A very special thank you goes to Heinrich for lending me an original piece of Pascha cloth to scan and to Chuck Z for taking the time to take detail pictures of Kermit's front seats so I could get the layout right.

The process can be done on any color, but the results vary from hide to hide. If the pattern is to be stained, it does not really matter, but if the suede is to remain natural, then all the pieces for all the inserts of a set need to be cut from the same hide.

Back seats are no problem, and can be treated in the same way.

I am especially touched by those who commented that they were not originally fond of Pascha, but really liked this version, as this was my goal for this project.

Lastly, my plans do remain the same. After a much needed break and rest, I will resume work, but concentrating mainly on seats, armrests, steering wheels etc. Mostly the stuff, the driver comes in contact with.

Aside from hopefully giving me and Linda more leisure time, it will also give me the opportunity to concentrate more on challenging and creative projects like this one, which is what I really like to do.

Paul, Forgive me for being so confused, but you cancelled the full interiors you had in the pipeline. Now you just listed all but a couple pieces I had on order for 5 months that you say you will be now working on again? Where do us guys that had full interiors fall into this new plan?

Paul the work is excellent. That is the best Posha look I've ever seen. Puts the original to shame. One day when I'm rich I'll have you do a complete interior. Your skill is out of this world. A true blessing to the Porsche community.

that's a bit strange, since I didn't know your project was canceled. To the best of my knowledge, and from our last conversations, you understood that I needed to take a break and I was to get back to you with a date once I had a better grip of the new schedule.
90% of your project is exactly what I do plan to keep doing, so, as far as I am concerned, we are still on.

Paul, did you have to do that suede work by hand or is that something that can be sent out and automated these days? Can a laser do this?

I'm also curious about durability. Will the edges of the checks get frayed with use?

That is all done with a laser. The same way I engrave the crests and the script.
I actually remove very little of the top layer of leather and the whole panel is no more fragile than a suede would be.

I this particular case, the whole inserts were dyed after the engraving and then treated for both stain protection and UV.
