I'm sorta glad to hear the Hawke Blues squeel like nuts in city driving. Glad its not just me...
But they do perform like throwing out the anchor!
If you want something that is even more agressive and yet yields pretty decent rotor wear try the Pagid Blacks.....that's what I have been running for the last year. Although they are not really suitable for street use and I cycle a set of Porterfields in there for street.

Experience has taught me that you better have a good reason to stray too far from stock. Doing less has made the most power for me.

I can greatly minimize the squeal by making very short, quick, stops. My wife has heart failure because she thinks I'm not going to stop at all. Otherwise, the Hawk blues give me some perverse pleasure by modulating the pedal to keep the horrid squeal going as long as possible.

I'm sure that would help, but it would have to run for hours to cool the engine compartment to less than 50C which is where I noted the leanout situation begin to happen. I do have a ram air tube ducting cool air into the (very clean) valley but it offers no help when stopped. A bilge vent fan in that tube would be a good plan to keep critical stuff from getting too hot after shutdown.

Louie's car reminds me of a woman I used to know...terrific looking, hips just right, smart, two nice pop-ups in the front, and verrrrrry fast. But, looking back, I'd much rather have Louie's white magic. That must be some ride!
