Some pictures added: Hiding in plain sight
An 86. Straight, clean and complete. Auto. 73K mi. Driven in 8 mos ago for TB service prior to donation. (light came on). Ours now. Car's been driven only 14,000 miles since 1997. At the dealer, of all places.
Son took some pictures with his camera phone. Not best of quality, but you get the idea. His 944, and the "new" 928. Unfortunately for him, mom claimed it the minute she heard it was an automatic. Son and wife arguing over who's driving it to SITM.

Awesome Chris, congrats!
Nice analogy, you can't eat....I mean buy just one!
Oh and if you're wife and son can't be civil you may just need to keep it for yourself!

I think you're right.
PPI consisted of each of us walking around it twice. Bought it without opening hood or doors. Won't think about starting it until TB/WP. Same owner 20 yrs. Kudos to him, he got to know the car in its heyday, now can move on and enjoy other toys. Porsche service mgr parked it last June after charging AC, but owner drew line at TB service. Interesting.
All tools, cargo cover. A little sunbaked. Couple of hood scratches where a horse reportedly brandished teeth at it. Very nice inside once we got it open. Soft leather. Some dash cracks. This is going to work!
