Try a tennis ball. Cut a slit in it big enough to cover the key hole. Place it over the hole and slam the ball with your palm. The air pressure should open the lock. Works on a lot of cars, though not sure it will work on a 928
If you need to shut off the car, pop the hood from underneath the nose by manually moving the relaease. Then ground or remove the disty wire. BE CAREFUL THOUGH!
Good luck!

Tennis ball? WTF?
For a less shocking way to kill the engine with L-Jet, wiggle off the TempII connector (blue, over the thermostat).

Not sure about this either but I suspect it might be the worst piece of advice I've ever seen on Rennlist.

Also, you can remove the 3/4 glass pretty easily to gain access.

Do a search, this was discussed before. I have a diagram showing how to open the door with a simple coat hanger but it will have to be bent in a specific way. I'll see if I have the file at work, if not I can look for it at home.

In this situation the quickest least expensive option is break a rear 1/4 glass (do not cut the seal they are $$$ ). To just turn off the car go for the fuel pump unhook a wire no fuel , no run ! The ignition switch will remain ON and will drain the battery. If you have a floor jack (and jack stands, be safe) you can get access to the inner door lock by pushing the 5 inch round metal plate up from the floor pan , located where the rear passengers feet would be. It is just glued in place and undercoated then you can if your arm is long reach in and up to turn the **** on the inner door. You need to use the jack to push the plate up , the undercoasting inside the car is thick !!

It must be april 1st. The actuator isn't hooked to the door lock so I can't imagine how this possibly could work.

Don't take out the windows, either front or rear. I locked the keys in the car when I bought it from Sias. I attempted all the above, trust me the easiest way is to jack the car up, and just behind the drivers seat underneath, is a 3 to 4" dia. circular rubber plug that is covered with the under coat. I was told to try to knock it out with a hammer, be real its rubber...the hammer bounced off the floor. So what I did was, I put the car up on jack stands and used my hydraulic jack, which has a circular jack point that would normally be placed under the car, this was placed on the plug and used the jack to pop the plug. Unless you have a very long and skinny arm, you cannot reach the unlocking **** without using a set of channel lock pilars. Unfortuntely this moment needs to be shared as you should have someone looking in the car guiding your hand. Once you open up the car, swear them to secrecy. You can easily glue back the plug with any silicone rubber glue. Mine has remained water tight since then. By the way, the pictures were taken by my wife. I have done this twice, now I have a hidden key.
