Is this the same party that was in Wichita a few years ago?
Luckily it's 2009, so we may be able to move SIH to accomodate, the question then becomes, which one will people go to? And how many would go to both?

Google maps says it's 18 hours from my house to DFW. I can do that!

ROAD TRIP!

That only adds about 100 miles to your trip

Actually, Per Google Maps, your route takes you through Springfield, IL. I think we could make that work.

We have room for at least 300 cars - we can't let the Europeans hold the record for the most 928's at a GTG can we!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the same 928 Owners Club International Convension that was held at Wichita twice and Denver once.

This is already a well planned event and I'm looking forward to this. It's going to be a blast.

The route I would rather take is through Madison, WI then Cedar Rapids, IA. No reason to go anywhere near Milwaukee or Chicago.

I'm probably going to be leaving 6-7 days before you guys to visit some friends in Lawrence. So I'll pick a meeting point with the group somewhere in Kansas / Oklahoma.

If I average 111 mph I can be there in 10 hours.

Andrew,
If you can't make it in less than 18 hours, I'm sure that someone from the DFW group will post a thread claiming that you are a female genatalia.

We'd never do that. We'd take pictures 1st.

If you wind up visiting Lawrence, note that we're only 25 miles east, and have a well-stocked bar.
