I just tried calling the seller - no answer and his voicemail refused to take messages. I'll try later and I also emailed the guy. If its available still I at least want to go see it. It looks like too nice a car to get turned in to the smog buy-back program (I hope he isn't serious about that).

 

It MUST start and run , drive to be retired to the smog program so that option is out ! and it must have failed the smog test have been registered for couple years etc. etc.
