I've got the same cup holder. I use it in my 81 Trans Am and 928. Picked it up at Walmart or Autozone. I think they both have it for under 10.00. Jason

That cup holder wedges between the seat & console real nice, but still easy to remove when not in use. The cup holes are a little shallow/wide for my extra large double-double tho'

The trick is finding the cups that fit that cupholder. Most are too wide or too tall. The one shown, which fits perfectly even down to the handle fitting in the slot provided, came as part of a set from Marshalls, comprising two cups, a two-cup thermos and a carry case. IIRC, it was $12.99

Actually, $16 is a reasonable price for the cupholder. IIRC, I paid at least that for mine, plus $12 for the cups.

rhys, any luck on selling? If I wasn't a continent & country away, I would certainly have considered buying.

Even Cali is to far right now, but that will hopefully change in the not-to-distant future.

regards

Are we getting moved again? Wouldn't surprise me, with the US dollar so skinny, if the Canadians just up and bought the whole state. We need some real Canadian dollars to pay down the state's debt. Fast!

Kudos for nice description, good photos, nice price (IMHO).
Dontcha hate how digital cameras sometimes over-emphasize differences in shade?
A bit tempted, thinking of an auto for my new duty station in MD/DC area...something to supercharge.
But more than a few things to adress to get it driving comfortably. Any idea when last used on a regular/near-daily basis?
In your avatar- the paint looks way different front to rear? Just highlighting from the sun?
What's up with the finish at the hood/fender gap?
Don't mind the damage, like the phone dials and the lack of rubstrips! Downer with no 'S' spoiler pkg though. Any leaks in rain?

The car was used on a daily basis (my only driver) for two years prior to mid-December of last year. It had some starting problems which cleared up with the replacement of the fuel-pump relay (used but good condition). The car does not leak during the rain, but in some high-pressure car washes, there is slight leakage at the leading edge of the rear hatch. It seems to be a function of the direction of the spray. RE: the paint; yes, I think it is just sun difference. There are some rubbed edges on the hood, came with the car when I bought it, plus tiny stone chips on the hood (I've seen few 928s that didn't have that; a function of the height of the car, I suspect).
