Post superchargers for 928 do not buy from

i bought a kit from Eric Munck for $8370 and still did not receive the full kit in 6 months of waiting when i was told no more than 3-4 weeks delivery of order.Everyday a new excuse. Everyone knows of the on going problem including the maufacture (VORTECH)it seems im not the only one that has had a problem before. If you need a kit got to FAST.COM they are a registered dealer for vortech superchargers for the 928

OB928 -

In business there is always two sides to a story. Not defending this Munck fellow - don't know him like I know Frank Zappa.

What gives on his part?. A one paragraph thread topic isn't enough "meat" to become partial. Give us the entire scoop from A to Z. The more info we have, the better off we are at understanding your situation and maybe offering suggestions to finally gain closure.

Has he tried to make any restitution what so ever?.

BBB = Paper Pushers....You will get NO LEGAL HELP from the BBB.

I would be having my attorney writing letters.

from start to beginning:i ordered a kit from him to the understanding 3-4 weeks delivery upon payment. After 2 months went by with no products in my hand i asked for my money back and he refused so i called Vortech for help. After that call i was shipped a few pieces at a time with the understanding he had the rest of the kit in hand except brackets and pulleys that he was waiting for. After 4.5 months went by he sent brackets and 2 pulleys and told me the rest is on the way.1.5 months goes by and nothing has come so i asked him the deal and no responce so i gave him a warning of what i would do and still no outcome.so i reported the outcome to the better business bureau, vortech and other porsche companies that i deal with then he emailed me and told me to send eveything back for a full refund upon no damage was made to the products he sent.I told him to have his bank noyify me that they had a check made out to me first then i would ship everything out to him since at this point i didnt trust him at all and didnt want him to have my money and parts in his hands. He told me no so i called him. When i got a hold of him on the phone he told me there was no more parts coming on his end and that was that, so i told him once again i wanted proof of a check in my name Tuesday or ill be there Friday so he hung up on me. I received a email from him Saturday that said"give a list of what you have so that i can ship you ASAP what your missing"after the fact he said there was no more parts. All this after 6 months still not what i ordered and after i asked for my money back a few times. If you want to hear more talk to John in sales at Vortech or Mark At Fast or Mark or Jim at 928International or Susan At Devek

The BBB is not an enforcement agency, if you paid by a credit card, do a charge back. You may get some money back if he has any in the bank. If not find a real, enforcer. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />

Thumbs down

Geez...

I hate hearing this...one would like to think that speciality 928 suppliers would be beyond this kind of business dealing. Unfortunately, from what I understand, this isn't the first time that time, money, and ashortage of parts have come from those in the know in the Land of Munck.

The Internet is powerfull tool. Similiar to what you did on Rennlist. Find as many forums possible and post your factual experience. Find the local newspaper or television station within this guys area and ask to speak with an "investigative reporter". In Phoenix, a local station (channel 3) has a thing called 3 on your side where this cat goes and confronts the evil doers on camera. 9 times out of 10, the evil doers do what they were hired to do or coughs up some dough. No one likes negative publicity.

I feel for you man. Good Luck!
