I am one of the few that got some satisfaction from this jerk... but I paid by mail with a money order so had a postal fraud claim. I have his name and address. If you want it, email me off the list and I can tell you what I know. This guy is bad news, I can't believe he's still allowed to do this.

How about this suggestion: What if there were one of those topics on the 928 forum here that didn't move - like the new users one - with a listing of all questionable ebay sellers. That way we'd have a list to reference.

I agree. a "Questionable Sellers" forum of some sort would be a great benefit. I buy and sell on eBay a fair amount, and so far, so good.

As you know, I'm always on the prowl for the bad guys, and good deals, too.

Just thought I would update this.
Paypal concluded its investigation and found the seller at fault and promptly refunded the full amount.
Although I looked back at the auction yesterday and the person that won it, still has yet to post in feedback. He's probably still waiting for it to show up in the mail.

I just wanted to bump this up as a small warning that this guy is still going strong on E-Bay. He is still using the kx-928, lifestyle_26 and this kuhleast_llc. I would just like to add that this is not hearsay or speculation, this is based on personal experience with all three(just call me McFly). He sorta just gave himself away completely with this newest auction for this:
