Complete carpet sets for 928 S4
#2
Gary,
Me too!
Nothing but the pads in 928 International and Performance Automotion not sure about Devek. Although, Performance Automotion does have 924/944 molded sets and might be something to pursue.
I should check out the world wide 928 OC net and see what Europe/Spain/GB/Mexico have to offer.

Hey Guys,
Check out 928 Specialists, the site is: 928gt.com. They have complete sets for about $600.00, I believe they are the original materials as well.
Hope to order a set for mine after my timing belt problems are corrected. Have to fix the mechanicals before the cosmetic stuff.

I replaced my carpet last winter. You have the option of either going with the original Sliverknit - or going Domestic.
Sliverknit - ~$600 from 928 Spec
Domestic - I paid $235 for my set from Original Fit Interiors in La Hoya.
The Domestic isn't as soft as the Sliverknit (it is still soft) - but also isn't as fragile.
Took me the better part of a month to do - a real PITA - but well worth the effort.

John V.,
Thanks! They come as a complete set, or, front sets. Price should be forthcoming.
Jay,
I take it they weren't pre-molded?
Jeez! Oi Vay. With these prices I think I'll go with some custom wood floors and a few nice throw rugs...

John-
The carpet pieces where pre-cut with all of the required Vinyl pieces stiched on where needed.
In as far as pre-formed - well, kinda. It did require 8 cans of Supertrim adhesive, 2 bottles of contact cement, and a varied assortment of tools for triming/etc.
Worst part is the 'hump' IMHO - just takes time to get it all right.

Does Original Fit Interiors have a website and if not can you give me the city and state where they are located?
Thank You

Gary, et all-
The kit includes EVERYTHING including the door panels and tool cover, down to the side covers and dead pedal.
They have no website - but the contact info is-
Original Fit Interiors
13506 Hoyito Cir
La Grange, CA 95329
ph - 209.852.9054
$235 + shipping (+ $20)
Sorry for the mis-recollection of the city - La Grange vs. La Hoya - my mistake (hey....you can only remember so much!)
I have no affiliation with...etc....just a satisfied customer passing it on.

I got mine by calling GAAH direct. www.gaah.com I got a grey set in the new Porsche color "graphite grey" as seen in the new Boxters/911's. you can order it it ANY color you wish. I took a peice down to the dealership, sat in a 911 (drooled) and the carpet is identical. All pre cut..trimmed etc. Like JAy said. A sharp knife, lots of glue and patience is in order. I have a set waiting to go in my car. Just waiting for the time to do it...
