Default Stroker "kit" FS

If anyone out there wants to build a 928 "big block", the following components are available:

104mm block
SCAT 8 throw crank
968 pistons
Oliver rods
Cometic gaskets

Here's what's available for your inspection at the shop...
104mm block, bored/honed, ready for ***'y @ $1500
SCAT crank, 8 counterweight version* @ $4500
Oliver rods @ $1600
968 pistons, used @ $2000
Cometic head gaskets @ $250
Main bearing set (Porsche) @ $275
Rod bearing set (Clevite) @ $75

*crank currently balanced for use with JE pistons and titanium rods.

Ayy, chimichanga. Haven't I seen a set of 4 968 pistons for $500 around here or something a few months ago?

aren't Scat cranks $2500?

I now they may take a couple months to get but isn't that what they run?
