If you don't mind a trip to Scottsdale you can preview all you like. I think they sold one 928 last year and it went for around $14,000 which was about right for the car. I believe you need to register as a buyer for the auction and prove up the maximum you will then be allowed to bid. The auctions are televised and bring in a hell of a lot of people.

I know that GT.
Several years ago I met Joe Mattiko at one of the Frenzies ('02 or '03....the one where Tom F. got tagged by the Mustang).
Joe had a very nice white/red '89 GT with Boxster S wheels (I'd say that it narrows it down right there). It was the first set of Boxster S wheels that I'd seen on a 928.
Having an engineering background, Joe had done some beautiful work with the sound system in his car - particularly the custom sub in the spare well (the first time that I'd seen that app.) This listing mentions the high end sound in the car.
I can't recall if the car was Canadian Spec, but Joe had it registered in Ohio if my memory serves me.
I think the yellow calipers in the registry photos as well as the B-J auction confirm it.
What's funny about both of these B-J cars is that the exact ones were the deciding factors in my choices of wheels over the years.
Joe's Boxster S fitment looked really good at the time, and I got a set of new takeoffs from the P dealership in Fla. that Joe turned me on to.
The RH RAL wheels on that GTS....well it's obvious the impact that those had on me. I didn't want to go to the 19" extreme, and couldn't stuff as much rubber under the rear fenders as that GTS, so I didn't acheive the exact look, but pretty close.

He sold the car in 2006 because he wanted something that he can drive and track more. He bought a heavily modified 964 with all wheel drive. Twin turbo charged engine with a huge intercooler and other goodies. The weakest link was the clutch that couldn't deal with the massive torque. Roger looked at it once and was thinking about buying it, but it's not an automatic....
No automatic, no good

Wow, I never thought I would say this but I love that GT and it looks to be in perfect physical condition. Anyone know if it could be a concours car?

Ugh, I'm seriously thinking about putting my car up for sale to by this although the timing isn't the best. I know many of you think I'm nuts, I guess that all started when I was drawn in by the shark. Should I do it!

You're probably right and if either ever did make it to the broadcast, I'm sure 928 fan extraordinaire Keith Martin would have all kinds of funny witty things to say about them too.....
This picture was taken just after I told Craig Jackson to make sure his buddy Keith Martin knows a 928 just won "best of show" from a field of 80+ Porsches:

2 months later Keith Martin is escorted off the Barrett-Jackson site during the auction for spouting off about unfair bidding practices..... Guess they might not really have been best buds?

Both are on the schedule for today. The GT might make it on the prime time broadcast, the GTS will probably go right b/f 7 pm est if it doesn't make it.

My prediction:
Take JB's numbers and add $6k to the GT; add $8k to the GTS
