I recently installed the MOMO Jet wheel. Don't go below 350mm in size.
Here's a good site for viewing and buying MOMO products.

Here's my wheel:

Joe,

The steering wheel looks very good, but what I was interested in is your setup for extra gauges between the radio and the shifter. What are they for (I assume they are for your S/C ?) and could we have a better look at them ? They look awesome from this angle and the red tint (I think...) would be really cool to look at.

As I recall, the buttons on the wheel are wires in parallel with the center horn button, so any connection of any of the switches, triggers the horn. The wire is also fairly small guage wire. The wires route to the horn button, and then up the underside of the spokes, and enter the back of the padded area. And I do notice that I have to learn not to bump the buttons when steering. I have become aclimated already, but it was annoying at first, and I thought I might need to disconnect them. But yes, I am sure they could be wired to activate nitrous, kickdown switch, or other functions. You would just have to run the wires up the steering collumn, and patch them in under the horn button area. I like the idea of patching it to a kickdown switch...

Rob,

Yes, the gauges are for the SC. From top left we have fuel pressure, fuel/air mixture, engine oil and tranny temp, and air temp before and after intercooler.

Here's another pic:

Thought I would add this shot of the 930S wheel I picked up from AJ-USA.
I'm really impressed with the look and feel of the wheel. A great improvement!

Why not below 350mm in size joe? There are some 330s with the flat bottom, which is nice for us Clutchers.

Brendan,

I like smaller, but I've also installed too small in some cars before. 330 would be a nice size, but I wouldn't go to 300. Flat bottom would be best in my opinion also.

I put in the Momo club 4 and scored a Porsche horn button off of ebay. Shown with the LED dash lights.

I can't help it, but steering wheels whith exposed metal in the center somehow scare me. The thought of hitting that area with my head in a colission would keep me from considering a such wheel. It's soo 60ies...
