Thanks again to everyone who made Sharktoberfest the renowned event it is. We missed the regulars who couldn't be here, but meeting the new people is always rewarding, especially those from Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Ontario (Canada), etc., etc., etc...
Here are my pictures from the event. Enjoy!

Thanks to Joe, Dan and Mark. I had a great weekend, I just got back and now it is finally time to get back to the job that pays the bills .
For us the journey there and back is half the fun too and despite some close calls no tickets and the cars made it back even if the Winter project list has grown a bit.
Anyway here are the shots I took when I remembered I had a camera with me.

I had a great time as always..and not even one pic..too distracted by all the 928's around :-). Thanks to 928 Intl for hosting the event..Dan Bise, Joe Privitelli, Dr. Bob...and other background helpers..Connie for the thorough explanations on all of Carl's (928 Motorsport) goodies..(love that new front sway bar..).
We had an unusually uneventful trip down and back...I've still got the mysterious tensioner bolt gone missing thing going on..but the two good ones held tight..even through some high speed bursts..and I couldn't ask for a better place to have a throttle cable go..(on the drive over to 928 Intl for the fun run)..got it there..able to pull the old one ...majorly frayed..almost at the point of snapping..and it was jamming at high throttle..not moving back..so new one on..good to go..(Thanks again Mark A for the Sunday parts service call)...
I didn't only do wrenching on my car this time...I was able to get my hands on Tim and Cheryl Dey's road race 200 plus 928 . If only to reseat a rear marker light that was causing a light warning on the dash haha...but it was still fun
We got out of town just in time..fires immediately west of I5..with westerly blowing winds...if they shifted east...we might have been stuck..
Thanks again to all.... NEXT YEAR PETERSON MUSEUM!!!>>are you listening Dan ????

Awesome, awesome awesome! What a great weekend.
Dan and Joe, what a tremendous amount of planning, can't imagine the effort it took to put it altogether but very glad you guys did it. Joe, thanks for taking the extra time to coordinate the Kart racing and the late night Texas Hold 'em session. Mark and crew at 928 International, thanks for lightening my wallet and seeing to it that I'll be sportin' H4's in short order. Carl, you're booth was great, very cool to see your latest products up close and personal. Connie had all the facts and set me up with a set of the S4 skids to hopefully protect my AIR chin spoiler when it goes on.
Always nice to see old friends and put faces to new ones. It interesting how isolated we get in our own groups, and even on rennlist, only to go to one of these events and see how much else is going on in the 928 world that never gets known here in the internet.
Good times, can't wait for '08!

Still I had a great time and am already looking froward to the next event!

Got back late Monday night, had a great time thanks to all the work of Dan, Joe, Mark, Jim and others!!! Great job, good to meet some of the west coast 928ers, make some new friends and finally meet those only known through Rennlist. Supercar Sunday was neat, too bad the fires stopped the poker run, looked like it would have been fun, even sans 928. Thoughts and prayers for all those affected by the wildfires.
