Z-

FYI... that boost figure is wrong as we had the boost pickup hooked up before the IC - Max boost was probably around 6.5 psi.

Also, on the torque curve you're seeing the effect from automatic's torque converter. If you go back and look at DR's DynoJet graph that I put overlayed atop of Murph's and Kuhn's (ALL 5-SPEEDS) you can see how much more torque you get with the TS setup.

DR,
That was a fun dyno day. It came to a tragic end when we tried to load the P51 Mustang onto the dyno.......we are not sure who's going to pay for the hole in the wall.

It's VTEC, Fool. Never rev below 6000rpm

It gets better. Andrew has video of us playing "fall off the log" with the dyno drums. You know, the game rednecks play (who am I kidding, you're the one in North Carolina).

Who would have thought at full tilt Andrew could spin the drum manually up to 300 pound feet of torque?

We did cheat, waving that cup-cake in front of him the whole time.

The torque multiplication from the torque converter only increases it until the converter locks up, and isn't in effect above about 2500 RPM in the charts. That's what the higher torque that declines before that RPM point is indicating.

Who gave Enzo back those crayons?

Is a dyno drum sort of like a moonshine drum? If so I think I understand the game

Up in my area of the high wooded mountains we have plenty of logs, just not enough wet places to spin them in !!!
