Thanks DFW Crowd
Over the weekend, the DFW crowd was kind enough to allow me to join them for one of their frequent soires. Sean was kind enough to pick me and the Mrs. up at the hotel and go oogle the Italian machines at the South West Italian Automobile Show. Then it was off to Ed's house for beer, cigars, pizza, and nonstop storytelling.
We felt right at home and enjoyed the time and company immensely. As is often the case, another wonderful group of 928 fanatics. Pat and I thank you all, and hope circumstance comes together so we can do it again.

It was a pleasure to have the two of you. It's always a great time to hang out with people with similar passions. Post some pictures of your cars, they sound like they are good ones. What I found really entertaining was listening to Pat talk about the garage and how you spend all your time in it, it's the same for all of us and I was happy to let her know that you are not the only one.

Sorry to be so late, but thanks for staying around.
Pretty good 928 group here in DFW, even if Ed can't decide if he's gonna be a lawnmower driver or a 928 driver.

So damned sad.....and seeing this thread about his DFW visit saddens me. A truly great guy who felt like an old friend after hanging out with him for one day.
