Dave Conover will be creating a very special 928 poster based upon our 6 Porsche 928’s at Laguna Seca. . We’ve made arrangements with the S.F. SCCA and the track photographer to try and fit in some special 928 photo shoots.

Dave Conover will use these photographs (and possibly a few rare photos) to create a very artistic and rare poster dedicated to the Porsche 928 as a race car. Only two of these posters will be made available. One will be auctioned and the other will be part of a drawing. Anyone that makes a pledge to the United Way of $25.00 or more will be eligible for the drawing. Each $25.00 pledge will receive 1 entry (Pledge $100.00 and receive 4 entries). The posters will be signed, numbered, matted, and framed.

We will not be offering any smaller versions of the posters.

100% of the proceeds from this event go to Charity.

Please visit our website and make a pledge www.nwracersgroup.com

More info on the 928 Poster - it will be a tribute to the 928 as a race car - just got permission and will be using some never seen before photo's of the 928's at the 1983/1984 24 Hours of Lemans on the poster....

Only two posters will be available - one in a drawing for people making a pledge to the United Way - the other will be auctioned..

Well - almost free - In a desperate attempt to reach our United Way goal I'm throwing in a box of Euro Parts that will be part of a drawing for Rennlist Members only - You just have to pledge 25 cents per lap or more for our Enduro race. We will cap the laps at 100 laps.

Ok - the Parts

2 1982 Euro Cam's
2 Fuel rails with injectors from 1984 Euro (60K miles)
1 - LH Wiring harness
1984 Euro Distributor

Also - the pledges enters you in the drawing for the "Tribute to 928's" racing poster. I've just received some of the photos that will be used in the poster - These photos have never been seen before of the 928's that ran in the 1983 and 1984 24 Hours of Lemans. There will only be two of these posters made.

You guys have to help me beat the Mazda donor's!!!!!! and it's for a good cause..

This is my last effort - car goes on the trailer tonight - and off to Laguna at 3am.

Well - it's practice and qualifying day for the Sprints - time to get out and learn the track. I'll be content with following Mark K, Mark A, Joe, and Scott around the track for a few laps.

Car sounds awesome, had the alignment checked yesterday - looks good, not much else to do but race!

Thanks to everyone that's made a pledge and please keep them coming. The United Way wants to feature our effort in their monthly newsletter - the more promotion for the 928's the better!

Ok - It's race day and the last call for pledges... The PacNW really stepped up... now we need some help from the rest of the county to help make this successful... still the opportunity to win some cool prizes in the drawing after the race.... and it's simply a good way to donate some money to a very worthy cause and help your local community!

Thanks to the Rennlist folks, Carl Fausett, and 928 International for all of their support!

We were able to raise $4,678.00 for charity and there are some many thank yous that need to go around. Mark Anderson and the 928 International group - we wouldn't have raced without you! Carl Fausett, and all the Rennlisters that contributed. Special thanks and congrats to John D and Jenn!!

We'll be back next year much bigger, better, and wiser - I'll be posting some videos and photos of the event on the website soon (I have 3 hours of videos to edit). Also Adam B, Tom M - email me so I can get your prizes out. We are working on the "Tribute to 928 Racers" poster and will be putting that up for auction within the next couple of weeks.

I'm already putting together the 2008 modifications for the car and we've started working on a 2008 charity program..... watch the website for this - it's going to be cool!

Thanks Again to EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for making this a success!
