Matt,
When copper-based anti-seize is called for, I use 3M Brake Lube & Anti-Seize. It's good where steel meets steel - threaded connections, oxygen sensors, through-bolts, etc.
I purchased it at the local NAPA auto parts store.
FYI - Copper-based anti-seize should not be used on dissimilar metals as corrosion may occur (e.g. steel to aluminum).
On exhaust fasteners, I use nickel-based anti-seize (very high-temp).

where Optimoly HT is called for (at least until my 928 was caught in a flash flood and totaled last month). I bought a one pound or so brush-top can of it somewhere (practically a lifetime supply) but you can get an 8 oz container at amazon.com for $11.
