Default Cool little project I did (928 racer marker rendering)

I figured I would flaunt some of my new skills here and see what you guys think. I'm currently an Industrial Design student at Auburn, and I had to do a marker rendering of any product... so I figured what a great time to make something to frame and keep forever! Excuse the cheesy text; I had to have some filler in there. Also, thanks to the person that provided me a cutaway view of the transaxle; this is what it was for.

This is my 928 racer (off and on project for past 2.5 years--hard to do with school, let me tell you) that is currently 99% complete and should be 100% in the next few months. Most of you have seen them already, but I've also attached a picture of the beginnings and what it currently looks like.

Anyone else here a designer?

Red, Nice color scheme. I've always liked blue and white. Glad you didn't pick red and white (Stanford boo...).

Here's my car in race trim, not as fancy as your paint job...

That's very impressive!

How large is the orignal marker rendering of the car?

I am wonderfully impressed! The ad looks great and the car greater. It's a shame your beautiful paint work will last only a race or two.

A student and you have the means for this hobby?!?!?! Good for you!

Do tell me more of your head lighting.

Whew, that's nice! I trust you got an "A" on that project. The car deserves an A+.

Hey Mark,

I like the layout, the proportions of the design scheme and the colors. Very nicely done.

Dare I say, there would be a few enthusiasts who would like one of these done of their cars or favorite racers? Any chance of doing something similar for anyone else?

That looks fantastic. Both the rendering and the actual car.
I'm very impressed
