Well, it appears that I need ro replace my window regulator roller.
This is the little white plastic wheel that attaches the regulator arm to the window frame. I opened the window the other day, and heard the motor strain and then make a clunk. It was dead.
And just as I was about to leave on a 3 day journey to the keys! ARRGH!
Anyway, does anyone have any tips on accomplishing this job?

I have a similar problem, the regulator for my passenger side window works, everything is good in the panel except the little plastic piece broke of the arm of the actuator. The window will not stay on track without it, anyone know of any spare tips?

Roger at 928srus has them and the rivet you need, in stock.
You have to remove the entire assembly to install.

Yup, its round, and held in place by a rivet. You have to drill the old one out to mount a new one.
