I haven't read all the replies but figure it was a worth to guess that MAYBE the shop left one of their rags in the intake and it got sucked into one or two of the runners?

I think Greg numbers the rags as they go in, counts them as they come out. Great engine builders do this kind of thing when they aren't brain surg'ing.

We could not dyno today as the shop owner had a personal issue to deal with but he is supose to call me tomorow. I hope to post some positive results but I have a good feeling we will be back to normal.

Good news about the find in the wiring. Sounds like you found it.
Im still chasing the 20-25hp I am down. i have a feeling its in the strap down. (new guy at the dyno really cranked the car down in the rear, i mean REALLY cranked it down) if you remember it, crank down the rear straps on the last run to see if you loose anything. I have a feeling thats what happened to mine
