I will be off line for awhile. Have to go to school and learn a new system for class. Great being the professor. Give tests rather than take them. I will look later for all your relys. Please feel free to also E-mail me at Stephencs601@aol.com I need to resolve this problem before I go crazy.

14.4 is normal?
In the other thread he stated other 84's with a better mixture were making 200rwhp. I don't recall getting an aswer if those cars were stock or not.

Yes, it is possible, but not usually the way those things fail. did you measure the resistance when hot to see how far off the spec it was? its a pretty easy measurement. we actually put in a resistor that proved the temp II was broken due to mixingup the connections of another "like" connector that applied a voltage to it and cooked it (our guess)
with the WOT not engaged, it starts out ok under WOT, but then goes way lean, like 18:1 + as you get up in the rpms. the 15% enrichment helps this from happening.
seeing the curves will be most telling, especially if the air fuel mixture goes way lean up top. if its even end to end its probably normal and fuel regulator will be just the trick

A temp sensor giving off a low resistance will cause the engine to run lean, it's that simple. I can send you one that will make any L-Jet run lean - tested on two different cars.
We also ran my car on the dyno multiple times with a manual WOT switch in the cabin. I didn't record the exact numbers of how lean it was, but it wasn't "way" lean at any point. How lean is "way" lean anyway? 20:1?
He did mention flucuations in the power curve in the other thread. Would like to see that.

send me the dyno sheets. I have a few dyno runs that i can compare them to on bone stock US 84 928s with no mods and some mods and then with fuel regulator mods.
I sent you a PM with my fax number.
