I replaced the bearings and posted a write up with pictures etc.
Just search on my name. I'm suprised johnse didn't point you to this as he helped me get the write up together.

Yes, one bearing per fan. The rear is a bronze bushing which should be fine.
The roller blade shop bearings will fit, but you really need the high temperature bearings, otherwise the grease will degrade very fast.

I was looking at these for example? they are sheilded but do they have high temp grease?

There is no standard on bearing notation. Every manufacturer has there own notation, so you need the manufacturer's catalog to know for sure of the bearing application, including bearing grease.
The eBay listing for the bearing I used is on the other thread. Look at post #13 where I state what the seller stated to me by email. I had sent him the notation (post #9) and took his advise.
Ceramic is quite pricy.
