I was just looking for a link and noticed this comment. Just to be clear you are thinking of the 87 S4 I just sold, it was my semi-daily driver. The 89 S4 discussed here is a different car, one I was refreshing, albeit very slowly, but was not looking to sell. I will now, as I put a deposit on the other GT.

Thanks for the congrats, but I just received some disturbing news.
After Andrew has convinced me to ask Stan to step aside he has now backed out of the deal.
So the car is up for sale again. I figuered by offering it here I don't have to go through dealing with noumerous tire kickers wasting my time.
As anyone can probably understand, I am at this point etremely disapointed.

At this oint I don't care. Track shark, money... whatever. I am very disapointed, after already imagining the track beast in the garage...
I might just keep the GT and tear it apart to turn it into a track car...

After that last fiasco you might be better off listing it in autotrader or ebay. Not sure anyone will want to play in your sandbox.

You may be right. Just want to make sure it's clear, that Drewster did not back out because there is anything wrong with the car. He has not seen or inspected the car. He just agreed to a deal a couple of days ago and yesterday suddenly said: Sorry, something came up...

If you don't have it sold by Nov. 2nd-4th, bring it to Daytona for our Sharks at Daytona gathering with Rennsport Reunion! Being a worldwide Porsche event, there will be tons of people there & I'm sure you'll get lots of interest. Besides us hoping to get about 40 928s in attendance. Good Luck!
