Default Amazing.....it buffed right out!?!?!?!

So Rich bought this fixer-upper 928 that needed a bunch of body work....he asked me to come over with my buffer and see what we could do to freshen up the paint....he said there was some spots that needed touch up paint, so I brought that too with my Langka to level it down.....

We started working on it very early.....worked on it all day, yesterday and today.....it was really really rough....I am stunned it turned out SO good......here is a bunch of before and after pics & the tools we used.... I am quite proud of how well it turned out...... Goes to show that hours and hours on the buffer really pays off!!

That's a pretty good job. It's amazing what a little buffing will accomplish.

With some of those "smaller scratches" you must have had to start out with about 60 grit sandpaper and worked up to 1500 before you started buffing.

Looks like you might have buffed the mirrors too much, I think you got down to the black primer.

Good point......since the mirrors were SO perfect we put Rich's old mirror bras on them to keep them nice, when we drove it to get lunch......I gotta admit it was a pain installing the headlights too

Especially with only a buffer.

Hey Brian, if you turn the buffer on, it works even better!

Thanks for all your help Brian. It really turned out nice, I was a bit worried there at first. I just got back from a quick drive to the store....the car looks so nice now that every ricer wanted to race me, every hot chick wanted my phone number! I was soooo close to just parting it out, thanks for suggesting the buffer treatment. Buffed Right Out!

Only amateurs need to actually turn the buffer on, in the hands of a professional, the threat alone is enough...

Dude, Great Job! Now I see why you love RejeX so much. If I didn't know any better, I would have said those were two completely different cars! Suuuuuweet!

he's using 2 different buffers ! I knew that first buffer couldn't have knocked at those dents on its own.

Driver's door sill got quite a kink. Glad the Dentless Paint Remover worked so good.
Must have been quite a bump in the road to dent the door sill and not hurt the door.

Wax on. Wax off. Or is it now Polish on. Polish off.
