Roland: You may want to try what J.S. said - screw them all down to the same point and start over. You may find that one corner does not have to be 25mm higher than the others. Maybe you've got that shock assembled incorrectly. I've been told I don't know how to put on shocks.

On my car, what Earl and Wally said proved to be true. I set the adjusters equal side-to-side. Ride height may be off a little side-to-side (10mm is allowed in the specs), but corner balance was spot-in.

The car has been on several floors and gives the same measurement, so I think the floor I'm using is OK. As for turning all the sleeves the same on each side, the front are and the car measures even (within 5 mm on each side), but once again, to make myself clear (because I know I'm not usually) when the collars are made even on the back, the car is over and inch taller on the passenger rear. I have to turn the left rear collar 8 more turns to get the height of the rear about 1/2 inch from side to side. Should I go make some turns on the front right, or should I make all the collars the same and corner balance the car and then open that whole 'when is a car really balanced' can of worms?

The following question is not directly related to the concerns in this thread, but I hope that it is close enough: what allowance is made for setting ride height when the tires are not the original size?

Per specifications, my current front tires are 0.82 inches taller than the original stock tires (225/50-16 vs. 245/45-17), and the rear tires are now 0.98 inches taller too (245/45-16 vs 275/40-17).

I would assume that the extra height of the taller tires would also mean that the ride height would also be set higher, but since I have not seen this mentioned anywhere, I thought I would ask.
