I know there are others. I have not seen their work, but I have seen the amazing work of these two gentlemen. You cannot go wrong.

yeah agree with Sterling.

Dont bother with anyone else. If their price is the problem, realise that they probably use better materials and tats most likely where the difference in price comes from.

and it looks like this company you asked about sells just covers, and you dont want to even bother with a poor fitting cover. Those never turn out good.

actually, a well taylored leather cover is fairly easy to install. The worse install job that I have seen, came from professional shops who did not pay attention to details or were unaware of the partucular quircks of the 928 seat design.

With a few tips and tricks, anyone with basic level skills can do an excellent job.

I am putting together a step by step "how-to" for those who want to tackle the job themselves.

Currently I have three types of leather work installed in my car.....in my order of quality I rank them like this:

1: (by far) Paul Champagne
2: (tie) Local leather shop
2: (tie) Original Porsche leather

Pauls work is hands down the best I have ever seen....in any car......even show cars.....Rob Budds work is quite nice too.... A little leather work really goes a long way to improving the looks of a 928....here are some pics of before-after work I had done, some by the local shop & some by Paul

Leather shop is doing my sport seats for my turbo. I will post pictures when I get them back this weekend. He came highly recommended on this board and he was local so I brought them over.

Do you offer a good factory-look option for the draped-leather seats? Mine look just like Paul's (IcemanG17) right now, as far as color and wear on the side bolster. The middle panels on mine are not perforated though. Karen would like to have the ceneter section raised up half an inch to maybe an inch to get rid of some of the cheek-squeezing that the hard side bolsters seem to inflict on her. She's not at all happy about riding in the car because of this. Any thoughts?

Hey Bob,

I can duplicate the stock look. I laser the perforations in house for those who want them. Most of the inserts I do, are without the perforations.

As for Karen's request, there are a couple of ways we can achieve it. Raising the bottom pad, is one of them. If your seats are "sport", opening the bolsters is another solution. I suspect that your insert's padding as slipped and is no longer giving the support it was designed to give.
