Default The 81 turned 100K miles today

Today on the trip back from the McMinnville Air Museum, the 81 turned 100k. Wish I had a camera with me when it turned but I got this pic when I got home.

So I guess it is broke in now huh?

Time to supercharge it!!!

My 81 would have hit 100,000 a few weeks ago (it's about a thousand miles short) except the odo gear broke (I think).

I don't think my car wants to admit she's reached 100k.

Congrats Tom, but don't be surprised if no one pays much attention to ONLY 100,000 miles. I'm about to hit 100K in my '87 and that's on top of the 225K I had put on the '86.5....before I sold it. It's special to you - as it should be - but its what we've come to expect from a 928. I see by your ta line that you've got another shark with over 100K, so now both of them are just about "broken in".

Enjoy your first 100K, celebrate your second 100K and then make the push for the third 100K... now that'll put you up in the big leagues.

Thanks for the congrats - yup finally broken in, and I know 100k is low miles and may not be a big deal, but it's the first mileage milestone for me
Now onto the next 100k and another 100k after that. Supercharge it! - oh wow - would it make another 100k or 200k if I did?

So, now I have my work cut out for me - 100K mile service.
Does a document exist that tells what the 100k mile maintenance tasks are?

Cheers,

That would be 3.33 30k maintenances.
