A/C condensation problem???

Actually it is not impossible in theory at all. If you look at the pressure versus temp charts for R12, it can get far colder. The thermometer was probably accurate. I had the fan on the lowest setting. The car had been in the garage so it had not been superheated. It is recirculating inside air which is not 95F.

I did park it in the sun for 20 minutes while I went into the new Harbor Freight store. When I came out the interior was 90F. It took a few minutes but the AC vent eventually got to 20F again.

Zeus, were saying the same thing but quibbling over semantics -- nevermind.

Bill, I'm envious of your vent temps. I'm hoping I can get there too -- or at least, to ~32°F.
