Very nice!

On the last pic, under the passenger side and on the ground, is that the oil from the blown expansion tank hose?

It was really a special moment when they announced that they had hit 200mph on the way back. Both Tim & Cheryl were so excited, the room filled with a huge applause as everyone there knows what a big deal 200+ is, Congratulations Guys!

I really enjoyed spending time with the two of you over the weekend. See you next month at the Pony Express 130

I know you will eventually read this thread Marc. Yes, I did tape up the seams of the hood for the race as instructed.

WOW! Kudos to you both, I know you worked very hard & its well deserved! I am glad that I am fortunate to even own a 928 knowing you accomplished this. I just read your story on the phone to my 21 yr old son who plays college football & has a Roush Mustang. He was flipping out when I got to the "we blasted around the turn at 202 mph" part! He was like, wait a minute, did you just say 202 miles per hour in a curve?!

Truly amazing & incredible! Thanks again for making my day!

Tim & Cheryl
WAY TO GO.....great job......I knew you guys could do it........now taking a turn at 202.....I'm sure your glad you dialed the suspension the way you did!!! So now you only need to find 15 more mph to beat Rick Dorias 221 record!!!!

I am proud to say I had quite a bit of passenger seat time in the Beast at SATL while my shark was down with a bad fuel pump.....of course its silly fast.....but what really impressed me was how well it rode...& it is actually quite comfortable considering the super stiff 1000+lb springs.... The handling.....best I've ever felt in a 928....Of course spinning the tires in 4th gear at 7000+ feet takes just a smidge of HP too.....I have no doubt that the Beast could throw down some impressive lap times at the track too....

Phenomenal! Congratulations!

You guys should just put wings on the car and fly it there next year.

Does anyone have a map of the course?

There are over 3,050 successful ascents of Everest. The MKM Racing 200MPH Club shows 27 awards, now 28.

Just wanted to add my congrats to both of you. Hopefully, I will be able to get out there and try this (not the 200MPH, but ORR) someday soon.
